Types 1-9 of thinking are: 1) Divergent thinking—thinking along different directions and angles, thinking about problems, and finding answers to problems from multiple aspects; 2) Empathy—Put yourself in the other person’s shoes and see the world from the other person’s perspective. The opponent’s position is often the key to victory; 3) Questioning thinking - Questioning is the essence of human thinking. Being good at questioning means asking a few more whys. Innovation comes from constant questioning, and you must have a continuous awareness of questions. 4) Decomposition thinking - break big into small, break down into zero, decompose big goals into small goals, and then accumulate them to get the total to achieve the innovation goal; 5) Addition and subtraction thinking - addition (the finishing touch) subtraction (enrichment due to reduction) 6) Right-brain thinking - activating the right brain helps to break the fixed thinking pattern and improve imagination and image thinking ability; 7) Contrary thinking - it is the process of raising questions and thinking about problems from the opposite side using counter-conventional thinking methods; 8) Interactive thinking - brainstorming on a certain topic, motivating everyone to contribute ideas, and ultimately achieving team innovation and forming a synergy of thinking; 9) Parallel thinking—combine unrelated elements to obtain different original perspectives on problems; 2-There are three types of mindset: conformity, authority, and experience 1) Conformity: losing self-awareness and following what others say; authority: losing the possibility of challenge, and erroneous views cannot be corrected; 2) Experience: loss of flexibility and inability to see changes in form; 3) Emotional stability seeking: pursuing stability and not taking risks deep down;
